I wrote this song originally in 1993. The music was really hook filled and catchy. The lyrics...ugh. "You say that (love is) easy as pie...that don't mean too much to someone finicky as I". Terrible.

I had simply put the song away since then. When I was recording this album, I had already re-recorded "Colder Than Stone" and I thought that, like "Crazy Little Moments", if I could get lyrics that spoke it a better way, the song would be a nice addition.

The guitar sound is my own concoction. I had never been able to find a good way to use it before, but it dominates the song. The melody is "sing-along-able". I ended up proud of this one.
